Chris Hussey has over thirty eight years of experience in the commercial and industrial painting and coatings industry as well as many years involved with restoring and renovating buildings. His experience has spanned three continents, managing projects in South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and in Australia since 2002, when he joined the OPAT group in Brisbane. In his role as Managing Director, Chris has a hands on approach and oversees all aspects of project management on contracts undertaken by OPAT. He is highly specialised in the technical aspects of the industry.
Duane responds promptly to customer requests, and quotes accordingly. He is a valuable support to Chris Hussey, and coordinates with Ross Dixon's experience when estimating and quoting. Duane's past oil and gas background, personable customer skills, attention to detail and foresight is an asset to OPAT's team.
Ross is the Works Manager in Brisbane and has forty years of experience in the industry. He has been with our company for over twenty-five years and has developed strong leadership and customer relations skills as well as the ability to coordinate our Tradesmen on multiple sites. He has played a key role in the development of our Quality Assurance Systems and strives to provide excellent outcomes on any given project. Ross has valuable input into WH&S (Workplace Health & Safety) methods, guaranteeing the safety of customers and staff on all work sites. His many years of experience in the industry have contributed to the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.
Brian is highly skilled. Trade Qualified Painter, Waterproofer, and Rope Access Manager, with a sound knowledge and experience in industrial and commercial buildings, spanning two countries and continents.
Theresa is the Office Manager at OPAT and is a longstanding member of staff. She has a background in Quality Assurance and Business Management. Theresa is the customer's first point of contact when you enquire about work with OPAT. She ensures that all clients are dealt with in a friendly, professional and highly efficient manner while continually striving to provide a rewarding experience for the Client from start to finish.
Brenda Morrice is a Chartered Accountant from Yallaroy Business Solutions and oversees all the functions of the Accounts Department. She provides a wealth of experience from her many years working as both a commercial accountant and in public practice accounting.
